Contact inquiries

When you contact us, we collect your first and last name, email address, selected subject, and message, together with any other information you choose to provide. The website is configured to store form submissions and send email notifications. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and handle related follow-up. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.

Website logs and security

Our hosting and security systems process technical information, such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages, and browser information, to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems, and detect abuse. Our hosting provider is Namecheap.

Cookies and external fonts

The contact form’s CAPTCHA uses a session cookie named CONCRETE to support form validation. Our theme also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser connecting to Google and transmitting technical information, including your IP address.

Service providers and disclosures

Information is processed through the hosting, security, and email services used to operate the website and respond to inquiries. Google receives technical information when external fonts load. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Retention

Retention depends on the information involved. We retain inquiries as needed to respond and handle related follow-up. Website logs, security records, email copies, and backups may have different retention periods. We do not promise deletion of all copies within 48 hours.

Security

The website uses HTTPS. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Privacy requests

To ask about your personal information or request access, correction, or deletion, contact privacy@proteusdatacenters.us. We will handle requests as required by applicable law and may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity.

You can make such a request by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the Contact section below.

We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the Contact section below.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
